Former goths and finger cymbal fans, mark your calendars: 4AD legends Dead Can Dance will release a brand new album this August 9. Original members Lisa Gerrard and Brendan Perry have reportedly been working on it since last fall, and the (currently-unnamed) LP will mark their first new material since 1996′s Spiritchaser.
To support the endeavor, the duo will tour over four continents in 8 months, hitting North America first, then Europe. These dates will be the first time they’ve performed since 2005.
