Indie-supergroup Divine Fits have announced they’ll make their anticipated live debut by performing a short but sweet string of dates in each member’s respective hometowns: Austin, TX on August 1 (Britt Daniel), Montreal, QC on August 3 (Dan Boeckner) and in Columbus, OH on August 6 (Sam Brown).
The live shows will immediately follow the July 31st release of their first single My Love Is Real — the 7-inch of which features an exclusive cover of Camper Van Beethoven’s ditty, I Was Born In A Laundromat.

The band’s debut LP, A Thing Called Divine Fits, will hit August 28 (via Merge Records) in North America, and August 27 in the UK.
